This is a little gem from earlier today. There is so much wrong with this conversation.
This disgustomer kid and their parent came through the DT. They skipped the box.
Kid: You put coffee in my vbf.
Me: ??? ok... I haven't made any today. I just clocked on. (truth)
Kid: I hate coffee
Me: Well, where is the drink. I can maybe see if I can help.
Hands me tall vbf with sticker on it. (our labeler is broken, so it's not from my store). There is no coffee in it, it is white as could be.
Me: There's no coffee in this.
Kid: I **** hate coffee.
Me: There's no coffee in here. Coffee is brown.
I pumped a few froast into a cup to show him.
Kid: You don't know what you're talking about.
...
Mother: Honey, he obviously didn't put coffee in there.
Kid: I KNOW he put coffee in there. It tastes like ****.
Supervisor: There isn't any coffee in there. What do you want us to do about this?
Mother: We're leaving now.
1: There was no coffee in the vbf
2: They came back to the wrong store
3: The kid swore like a sailor
4: The mother had no control over the kid
5: They skipped the speaker box.
How would you have dealt with this?
