Latte alone just means milk in Italian. From Wikipedia: A latte (from the Italian caffè latte or caffellatte pronounced [ˌkaffelˈlatte], meaning "coffee [and] milk") is a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk or soy milk.

It's an old school acronym... I'm not sure if it's 100% accurate, but here it goes:
Listen to the customer
Ask what the issue was
Take the time to... listen? Haha
Thank the customer
Encourage them to come backI'm sure STAR Skills is in there somewhere too...
