Hi, I'm now an X barista, of my own free will, and I need the Starbucks HR or Corporate number asap. I can't go into the back of my "store" anymore because I quit, so I can't get the numbers from the back. But I don't even remember there being numbers posted back there, only the emergency posters and such. Nothing at our store was the way it was supposed to be. Can anyone on here help me out? I am going to go into the system as "non re-hireable" which is fine with me. I wouldn't work for them again if you paid me. But I would like to lodge an official complaint with HR or Corporate to be put into my file for any future employers who may wish to contact Sbux. Thanks!

Do you mean the 877 967 JAVA number? Oops, I think it's 866 967 JAVA! Or partner resources?

I have 888-796-JAVA as one number and the code of conduct anonymous line number is
1-800-611-7792.

No worries for you, Starbucks cannot legally release most details of your personnel file to any third party.
If a future employer attempts to contact your manager, they will be directed to the "Work Number" and the only information is the dates in which you worked for the company and what your rate of pay was. They will not say whether you quit, got fired, or were a "good" or "bad" employee. The fear of lawsuit is too high!
I used to be an SM so I know this to be true...and if for any reason your manager were to say anything negative about you to a future employer, his/her **** would be fired.Posted 4 years ago #
