Yes I think that if you are to the point of retaliating which in my mind is funny but I would never do, then you should quit. But dont quit till you have another job lined up because the job market is brutal right now. My husband was in real estate and had to find a job because he was not selling any houses due to the market, and it took him a year to find a job. Everyone said we are not hiring, and that they were actually cutting back and getting rid of positions. So good luck to you all.
