Ughhhhhhhhhh.
So, I've got this partner whom I appeared to be friends with. And one day recently they literally just snapped. And since then we haven't talked, or even really been near each other.
The original mishap was me being a little over bearing. I've started this habit where I make suggestions/tips (make this upsell, try doing it this way, etc) I'm trying to be a supportive team member. The first time they just walked away. Maybe i should have apologized, but I did nothing wrong. It was them over reacting. I was ready to just let things be, whatever. I don't want drama at work. When TODAY another partner asks me for help with something, they were standing nearby on the same task. And they ask if I can do them a favor, to just go away....
So I'm like UHHHH WTFFFFF SRSLY??!!!
I already talked to my SM about the problem, and she said she would talk to this person. And although I know it won't do much for us getting along, but I'm hoping that they will at least be able to not be rude/disrespectful to me on the floor.
The entire situation is making me really awkward and overall anxious being at work. Worried about how it will effect the other partners and especially our shift leads and customers.
Anyone have any tips or relating stories about having to deal with a situation like this?
