so yesterday this one lady came thru DT, we were busy of course as it was during rush. i was DTO and DTW so she asked me for a receipt as an order came in. I had to answer it obviously, but most people understand and just wait. Clearly I was not trying to ignore her or cut her off, it just happens when we're slammed. Well she yells "EXCUSE ME!" and I go to answer her while the customer in line is questioning me... she very rudely and angrily says "I've been waiting in line, I asked for a receipt five minutes ago. "I said you know sorry, trying to do both at the same time.. she goes "you should have been paying attention i'm right here i've been waiting in line." It She kept repeating that even while I was trying to explain. It was her tone that got to me and after she snatched her receipt and sped off in her Lexus i started shaking and crying... I never do that. It got me so upset I had to sit in the back for a minute.
Have you ever had customers make you so upset you cry or something similar? Usually I brush it off but for some reason that got to me bad.
