To start off, Ive been with Starbucks for about 2 years now. Ive worked at a lot of different stores but I'm currently on Las Vegas Blvd and Windmill in Las Vegas, Nevada. So this all started on Thursday when this **** shift supervisor started arguing with me. I was on bar and making a whole bunch of Frappuccinos and I accidentally grabbed the blue soy pitcher and used it to make a drink. Mary (the Shift) snarls over at me and says "uh what are you doing?" and I said "well Mary Im making a frappuccino" then she proceeded to get mad and said I could NOT use the blue blender and was instructed to dump it out NOW. I was using a very pleasant tone and said "I understand exactly what your saying, Mary. But I wouldn't want to waste product and I already have the Frappuccino ready to blend. Should I blend it first then wash out the blue pitcher? She says "NO dump it NOW!",so I followed and dumped it. She then sent me home 1.5 hours early! At first I thought this was a blessing, but then I realized she was mad at me. SO I made a formal apology and she accepted it. She was in a great mood and said she would see me next week (I had some of the weekend off). So on Sunday I walk in for my shift and the manager says "ohhhh...um...didn't you get my message?" and I retorted "No, I didn't receive any voicemails. Did you want me to come in early or something?" He then sits me down and proceeds to tell me about the "Thursday Incident", as they call it. Of course he brought up that I used the wrong pitcher on Thursday and I did not deny that. I did it, simple mistake. Then he said something totally off the wall...apparently this supervisor (Mary) accused me of sexually harassing her! First of all, I am gay and happily partnered. She is a married woman in her mid thirties, we really don't get along that well. She has hated me since she first saw me. I just never thought she would make up a blatant lie about a fellow partner to get them terminated. This woman is so vile, she has been forced to step down not once, but TWICE from her role as Assistant Store Manager. She is currently just an AM supervisor at my old store. I asked my Store Manager for more details on the matter {what did I say?, Was it specifically to Mary?, when did this happen?)He couldn't come up with ANYTHING! All he said was "well I uhh..dont really know who witnessed this or what you said to her...but thats what shes telling me" so here we are with no witnesses, no statements, and I am out of a job. Long story short, My Manager said he scheduled a meeting with the District Manager, Mike on Monday. Well Monday came and went, and guess what?! Mike was nowhere to be found. However, Adam (SM) called me and said "oh im sorry Mike is really busy today. He said if you have any further questions to contact partner resources" how lame is that?! The DM that fired me, won't even meet with me to hear MY side of the story. None of this sexual harassment stuff happened at all. The only "bad" thing I did, was use the blue soy pitcher for regular milk. Because of that, I am now out of a job.
Getting "seperated" (they wont use the word fired) from Starbucks.

You have already identified yourself by posting this, and the post was a big mistake. A charge of sexual harassment like that can haunt you. Get it in writing and get a lawyer. You might have a case against the accuser as well as the manager/Starbucks.
But, dude, you should never have posted that for public access.

^ I didn't know that to talk about it here could hurt his case. If anything I would think it would help it, since he's telling his side of the story and there's a public record of it. Could you (or someone) explain why?

What do DMs actually do? We have had major problems with our SM. Several of us have emailed the DM asking him to come to the store and talk to us about our issues with SM. He has refused. How do these people get their position?
If I were you, I would contact a lawyer immediately. There are lawyers out there that would probably jump at the chance to sue a huge corp like SBux. You have a strong case, provided you are being straight about what happened. Wrongful termination and defamation against SBux, and probably a civil action against the person that wrongfully accused you. Your DM should be fired for not conducting a proper investigation of a VERY serious charge that could haunt you forever.
I, too, would suggest you refrain from posting any further information regarding the issue...at least until you win the lawsuit(s). Then let us all know how much you got.

P.S. Does your store have cameras recording where the incident occurred? If so, make phone calls. It's about time you get that tape. You have a two week window (maybe less).

Your store has audio/visual recording. Assuming that this was in the line of sight of a camera and you do get a lawyer, the attorney can request an injunction be placed against the said data. The company would have to make a copy of any dates your lawyer wishes in the presence of a mediator. "lost data" can be regarded as a cover-up and an almost certain victory for you.
The recording you get should involve everything from that day UP UNTIL your manager confronted you. Then you could link the incident, to when Mary told your SM about the incident (and from reading your story, also the lie), to when you were fired.
It doesn't matter what you say or she says. I attend trials for a career now. Video is gold in court. That's why all law enforcement have them in their vehicles and many are carrying cameras on their uniforms as well.
DON'T SAY ANOTHER WORD TO SBUX. Get an attorney. Get a cease and assist/injunction.
Also, if you have a local university, you may be able to find a free/cheap one. Some attorneys will still back you for free. The payout for them is much larger if you win though. There are options for you.
