I'm looking to try new delicious stuff. Give me some ideas of drinks you make for yourself that are yummy. (I have a weird marble mocha macchiato hybrid I create with sea salt top... Good but I need something new and summery!)

Are you looking for any flavors in particular?

check out the secret menu. lol.

I put coconut in the pink lime frost, and some of the other baristas have been mixing the two refresher flavors together and adding lemonade and classic.

The only really crazy think I make for myself (once in a blue moon) is the Captain Crunch Frappuccino! It's just the Strawberries & Creme with a couple pumps of Toffeenut. I usually make it with soy & add protein powder.

Oh & just in case you weren't around for the Caramel Brulee latte... I still make one for this one customer that comes in a few times a week even though we don't have the actual sauce anymore. He usually gets a tall, so I make it with 1.5 pumps of white mocha, 1.5 pumps of caramel, & 1 pump of toffeenut. It's yummy, if you like sweet things.

Tall vanilla bean with a scoop of java chip, one pump white mocha and one pump hazelnut. Cookies and cream frappuccino, if you will.
Or a tall green tea frappuccino with one scoop of java chip, one pump white mocha and about a pump of peppermint. Mint chocolate chip frappuccino.

Grande Mint Chocolate Chip Frappuccino
1. Heavy Whipping Cream to the first line
2. Dump in Blender
3. Creme base
4. 1 pump peppermint
5. 1-2 pumps white mocha
6. 2 scoops of matcha
7. 2 scoops of java chips
8. Normal ice
9. BlendPosted 10 months ago # -
FYI do not give drinks "names." The last thing we want to see is a customer reading ihatestarbucks.com/bb/ back to us on their iphone, with the words "secret menu".
I will give up one cult favorite of mine: STCF + WM sauce.

I play dumb if someone asks me for a drink name off the secret menu, otherwise it's not a secret. (The secret is: I actually know how to make it! lol) I'll make it without any hijinks if the customer knows what goes in it (or if it's not a frappuccino). I will also call it out as "toffeenut strawberries n creme frappuccino" or whatever. This way the customer knows to order it by the ingredients and understands that we don't actually carry a Captain Crunch Frappuccino. If they become a regular who tips even occasionally, I will concede and I will call it out however they want.
- Black tea, add (soy) milk instead of water, add hazelnut instead of classic syrup, add ice and shake, restrain the foam.
- CH, add hazelnut and vanilla
- DCCF, white mocha instead of chocolate mocha syrup, +Co
- BTL, optional CL, add matcha

I don't usually prefer sweet stuff. But occasionally I can do a BSL. Good ideas in here though! I'll try some today.

Lemon cream frappuccino <3
Lemonade to the first line.
Dump in the blender.
Cream base (2-3-4)
White Mocha (2-3-4)
Vanilla bean powder (.5, 1, 1.5)
Ice
Blenddd! If you blend shortbread cookies in it it's even better! I add milk sometimes too but a lot of people get grossed out by the idea of "curdling" lol...i've never had a problem with it though.
Butter beer/Butterscotch type frappuccino- basically just a caramel cream frappuccino w/ toffee nut syrup, whipped cream + caramel drizzle blended in! :)

VBF with 2-3-4 pumps coconut, add banana perfect summer drink. Friend also enjoys this with an add shot
CH iced, breve, 2 extra pumps CH, 1-2-3 SFC, 1-2-3 SFV latte. This drink is now known as an Iced Eggnog Latte at my store.Posted 10 months ago # -
Always play dumb. If you don't know what is in it, you don't deserve it. Generally they can kind of describe it. Oh and if I can't punch it in (aka the cookies etc. blended in) and you're on DT, NOPE suddenly its a health violation. POOF
Personally I like chucking chips and 1 pump WM in a VBF, but its super sweet.
Also like STCF with a bit of Orange Mango and Chips.
I'll go all mad scientist at the end of my shift and suddenly am having raspberry peppermint mochas with one scoop vanilla powder. Most end up tasting disgusting... but are fun to make.

Wow, tons on things I need to try. That lemon cream sounds really good! With shortbread cookies? Hellz yea. Oh and btw, if you have the new evolution fresh juices in your store, they make AMAZING smoothies.

These aren't too sweet, but they do require a taste preference for tea:
China Green Tips misto w/ soy steamed with 2 scoops of matcha and light cinnamon
1 scoop matcha, 1 scoop protein, soy, banana, tall scoop of ice
Calm tea misto w/ 1/2 nonfat, 1/2 soy, and nutmeg ((will put you to sleep after closing))
Passion tea or Refresh tea with steamed lemonade with optional honey(s)If you want a frappuccino:
SCF + 2x the amount of P + chips
MF + TN + Almonds + CR (the code for the sauce) and hit blend! If you like your espresso:
Place 4 ristretto shots, 1WM, and some HWC in a canister and charge. :)
Just be sure to get rid of it!Posted 10 months ago # -
Love tea! I'm going to try the green tea one at the beginning of my shift today and take a calm concoction home. THANKS!

Neapolitan Frapuccino
1 tall mocha
1 tall vanilla bean
1 tall strawberries and creme
I combined that in a Venti cup and added regular whip, chocolate whip, and i made a strawberry whip.I added the cookie cumbles in a vanilla bean to make a real cookies and creme frap.
Posted 10 months ago # -
LiscencedUnderTarget: You could make the Neapolitan Frappuccino better if you stack 3 tall in a trenta: JCF bottom, STCF middle, VBF top. My method separates the frappuccinos into three distinct colors. It's time sensitive because the three frappuccinos will start mixing almost as soon as you sit them on top of each other.

something we tried today trying to make the Refreshers a little better.. lime refresher to the tea line, strawberry juice to the water/juice line, add ice and a lime if you please. Also, a lime refresher with coconut is pretty good.
Posted 10 months ago # -
Try a Very Berry Refresher with light water and coconut, it's awesome!!
Posted 10 months ago # -
I wonder if you add a thin layer of WC would buy time between layers in the neo frap.
Posted 10 months ago # -
Dont have specific amounts for this yet but a breve STCF with some blackberries, WM, and vanilla bean powder...There are no words.
Posted 10 months ago # -
One pack each Refreshers VIA, with enough water and ice for a trenta, with two pumps of raspberry tastes like double bubble bubblegum.
Right now I do a trenta half berry half lime refresher with no water, light ice, two pumps raspberry and sometimes coconut. With our latest newbie, I haven't had experiment time like I would like. =/

Very welcome. This thread is fun. <3
@latte-lezzz - That sounds dangerously delicious.
Posted 10 months ago # -
Cool lime to the first line. Lemonade to the second. Classic, and a pump of raspberry. Iced raspberry limeade!
Posted 10 months ago # -
Wildberry Frappuccino! STCF sub classic with 1-2-3 raspberry and add 2-3-4 scoops of freeze dried berries. It's actually pretty good.
Also if you add hazelnut syrup to a chocolate smoothie it tastes like a gift from the gods.

I've something quite unique I believe. I call it a "Trinity Shot" or a "Hot Cold shot"
This is really known out in Irvine where I used to work so maybe everyone knows IDK.Take a pump of vanilla or hazelnut in a short cup with about a shot glass worth of cold HWC. Then get a spoon (the fat bar spoon works the best) and fit it over the mixture in the short cup, completely covering the bottom half of the cup.
With your free hand, queue 1 shot of espresso and pour it on the spoon inside the cup. Carefully remove the spoon so as to not mix the cold milk and the espresso.Ta-Dah! There should be a definite difference in the temp of the cup in the layers if you feel the sides. Now, you gotta down this thing like a shot of tequila. Just when you think the hot espresso is too much to bear, a wave of vanilla creamy goodness washes over your tongue as the espresso mixes with the cold HWC in your mouth. Tis quite magical indeed.
You can also do 2 shots at once just double the cold milk and syrup

Mbarlow1- we call that an undertow or tear drop. One of my favorite things. You can use other milk. Non-fat doesn't layer as well, but I'll take it over hwc or 1/2 & 1/2.
