We had a change of management lately at my store. We had the coolest SM I've ever had leave and get replaced by someone who won't admit that he's on a headhunt to gut the place. My store is being directed to "trim the fat" which translates into "get rid of anyone that isn't willing to take it up the ****".
Long story short we all know where this goes. I've been cubby-holed in DT for about 5 months back-to-back with no breaks and **** customers. It seems that it's caused me to develop an "attitude", I don't know about you, but has anyone ever had that happen to them? It finally slapped the shifts & such in the face when that "attitude" caused me to get a write-up and got me out of DT... for 2 days. Here I am being cubbyholed in DT again being handed one opening shift after another. They know I can't sleep when I have to open and it severly affects work performance and greatly contributes to this "attitude" (something about continious lack of sleep making me edgy?).
Anyways I can tell that they're trying to fire me in a very childish way, maybe even kill me. I don't know. I wasn't planning on staying with the company too much longer anyways, gotta move to a different state in about a month. I'm trying to decide now if I should put my 2 weeks in or raise hell.
Any ideas?
