Does anyone know the right amount of days that things need to be labeled?
For example: syrups are a month, but I am not sure about everything else

Thanks a million

CB and PS and whatever new horrors they'll come up with are two weeks.
Couple more corrections: matcha is two weeks, strawberry is five days, and the frappuccino bases (coffee, cream, coffee light) are a month.

Protein's two weeks now? Crazed.
I forget whar on the portal (I'm pretty certain it's in the Store Maintenance resource manual) but, all the new and updated expirations dates are in there. Search it in the portal, print one up and voila.

Thaaank you for the matcha date. No one in my store knew. Not even someone who's been there 9 years.

I have been told that refresher inclusions are 5 days.
Posted 9 months ago # -
Pretty sure refresher inclusions and refresher bases are 5 days, I may be wrong though but I'm pretty sure.
Also skinny mocha is 48 hours (check the package)
Posted 9 months ago # -
refreshers inclusions 5 days
Posted 9 months ago # -
If skinny mocha is 48 hours, that means more time staring unhappily at the completely full cylinder of it next to our bars! HUZZAHHHHHH
Speaking of which, I totes did not grab us a complete list today. Oops.

If any UK people are wondering, the Signature Hot Chocolate mix is 48 hours I believe.
Rest of the world people, if you don't have SHC then you're not missing out, it's just an extremely rich hot chocolate that is sickly as hell and has so many calories that we're only allowed to have the tall size on the menu.

I remember both battles with the SHC. Looking back, atleast I didn't have to put it in a shaker or deal with berries and limes clogging up my sink.
Posted 9 months ago # -
Does that mean if I go to the UK I can get an Espresso Chocolate Truffle?!!??!?!
Posted 9 months ago # -
Skinny mocha is 48 hours on the package but SBUX says 24.
Posted 8 months ago # -
I personally just go by the 24 rule on skinny mocha. It's not like we make more than three a day tops anyway. ****'s gross.
Posted 8 months ago # -
My store NEVER sells skinny mocha. We may sell one blasted drink with that crap in it per day, and usually, people complain that it's not sweet enough or that it has a weird flavor. Sometimes, we conveniently forget to make it, and the customer ends up with a nonfat no whip mocha. ;)
Posted 8 months ago # -
Skinny mocha goes by the 24 hour rule...**** nasty. its probably the one chore I actually turn my nose up at sbux. id rather bleach drains.
Refresher inclusions are a week, refresher juice is 5 days.
I had no clue strawberry was 5....
Posted 8 months ago # -
I was always told white mocha was two weeks. And that all the cold bar inclusions except refresher **** (5 days) and matcha (two weeks) was seven days... :s
Posted 6 months ago # -
Strawberry sauce is 5 days refrigerated (used to be 7, the updated Beverage Resource Manual that came out earlier this year changed it).
Posted 6 months ago # -
Lime and berry hibiscus are 5 days. Same with the Refresher inclusions
Posted 5 months ago # -
Yeah, I thought WM was 2 weeks also...
Alsoo, we don't date anyy powders/inclusions (berries, limes, chips, VB powder, Protein, matcha) none of it...I think everyone knows what they should be, but I've always been told that those don't have to be dated...never made sense, but literally if you put a date on one of those things, someone will rip it off, idk why
And mixed eggnog, I feel like I remember it was 2 days last year and I have been marking it like that ever since.
gah, my store.
oh, and I was about to comment on the person who asked about getting a ECT in the UK...and then I realized it was me! hahahaha

Also, any coffee beans you open are good for seven days. This includes bullets you open for the brewer, pounds you open for clover and scooping half-pounds for customers, and bullets of espresso.

As far as condiments like bar vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon dolce powder and the such, remember that often, people write the 6 month expiration on it without checking the manufacturer expiration date on the bottle.

Hazelnut drizzle is 30 days!
Posted 2 months ago # -
peach syrup is 14 days
Posted 2 months ago # -
I'm sorry, peach syrup?
