I don't know if this is the recored on this here site but i made 2 iced veni 21 pump classic 4 raw sugars passion teas. Twenty-one! I mean, why even get passion tea? What is the most amount of classic(or any syrup) you've had to put into a drink?
Also, how would you charge for that?
A partner used to get 30 in a BTL. He has since cut back to 15.

In almost all instances, customers are too stupid to ask for a specific amount of pumps (I want it extra-sweet), or I talked the customer down to an acceptable number.
One guy get 12 and a half pumps in a venti GT. But I think the splenda people are worse... 17 splendas in a grande coffee???? Not only is that a ridiculous number, he goes through DT so we have to open every. single. one.
Oh and as far as charging for it, you can go to the syrup menu and select how many pumps, but I don't think it'll charge extra for it if the drink already comes with classic, but at least that amount will be accounted for in the system
I can't understand why anyone would want like 30 freaking pumps of what's basically sugar water, I under having the normal amount but for 2 different syrups, but 30 for just one type? I can feel my legs falling off already hearing that.
I also think spledas can be worse because customers want 6+ or more in their teas/drinks. it slows us down and some of my partners make a huge mess with them by not throwing them away.
we also had a kid who wanted 20+ pumps...filled the bottom of the cup.

10 pumps of classic at the most and wow that is disgusting!! They might as well just drink the classic straight from the bottle. Ugh..I would normally charge customers once for additional syrup.
eww! I had a regular at my old store who wanted a LOT of sugar in his coffee. Like, a LOT. My SM decided to see what he thought of classic in his coffee one day and he had to put in 20 pumps before it was enough. So after that he ordered his coffee that way every day...
People who want more than 2 Splendas in their drinks drive me crazy. I inevitably end up with artificial sugar dust in my nose/lungs from frantically ripping apart 8+ packets in the middle of a rush.
The most pumps of CL I've ever seen is 10, 12 of vanilla. We're in a pretty health-conscious neighborhood, so people mostly avoid the sugar.
There's a guy who has been in every day for the last few days and had 10 pumps of Irish Cream in a Venti 4 shot latte, absolutely gross!
Also, speaking of sugars, lost of our customers seem to grab about 10 packets of sugar from the condiment bar, but only use one and then throw the rest into their cups before they leave so other people can't use them. Just take the sugars that you will use!

A regular at my store gets 12 pumps in his iced coffee, but I haven't personally had anything more ridiculous than that.
And about the Splenda packet nonsense, when I worked for a fast food company, we had a convenient Splenda dispenser that eliminated the need for those stupid packets. I wonder why we don't do the same thing.

I did make a trenta iced coffee w/*10* shots of espresso last week. It cost nearly $12. I think it was a dare.
Holy sith, people are insane. There was a partner at my store who used to drink a Venti GTL with 20 pumps classic. She insisted it was delicious. I don't know what compelled me to try it, but I nearly blew chunks. Sugar chunks. Everywhere.
We have a woman who gets a 10 pump extra whip venti vanilla creme. Every morning. For herself. EWW. It's not the most syrup pumps I've ever put in something, but I think it's just the thought of that extreme amount of sweetness plus the extra whip, plus no espresso taste to dull it a little... I can't even imagine.

The lady who ordered a Venti BT with 20 pumps of classic....I was cringing the entire time I made it. When people order insane amounts of syrup like that, it makes me sick, especially since the majority of them are already severely overweight. =/

The one that makes me cringe isn't the twenty pump Cl dblshot but put it at the bottom not mixed insoluble it makes a layer..I've had multiple people come in and ask fir mochas with splenda, two splenda in a Grande mocha...isn't crazy but that's a lot of sugar.
Worst I've ever dealt with in the world of syrup was a lady that used to come in and order a 10 pump white mocha 10 pump peppermint peppermint white mocha. Groce.
Got a pair of dudes now that come in and get two Trenta 18 splenda non fat ice coffees.
For someone like me, who orders nothing but drip, Americanos, and the occasional dry cappucino, pretty much everything is too sweet for me. I tried having a mocha for the first time in forever(but I do have to admit, peppermint mochas are my thing during Christmastime), and nearly puked.
Then, I made a 12 pump Venti GT. Saved a lil bit to try, I think I need to see a dentist.
