So in searching around for potential openings in management in other districts, on the SBUX corporate website, under job listings, I see that there is a SM position open in my store. How do I know it is my store? SImple, the city is outlined, and we are the only store within about 60 miles.
I know that my SM has been struggling, he has horrible leadership, consistently violates the law regarding workers rights (numerous calls home to Seattle have been made by partners in the store regarding his incompetence), we failed QASA, sales are falling into the sewer. Do you think this is a light at the end of the tunnel for my store?
