that one person that just wants to **** you off. i'm not really that type to get angry much. i think i'm pretty good at holding my anger in but lately.
customers have been pissing me off!
okay last weekend, we were short on staff, (omg what's new), and these partners come in, in the middle of the rush, and ask for some pretty weird and complicated drinks (like 6 of them), i won't say what drinks they are because idk, i work in seattle, near the headquarters so hehe... well they come in all pissy and i'm like hey how are you, still trying to make some small talk with customers because idk, it's just what i like to do. so yea, anyways they all give me attitude like i told them something hella rude just because i asked one of them to repeat their drink again because i thought i wrote it wrong on the cup so i wanted to clarify. and then i'm trying to ring at the same time and i tell them their drinks to you know, clarify because they kept on changing their drinks and want they wanted like "wait oh no i don't want nonfat make it breve" and then the other lady at the same time "half hot water okay". i'm like okay... ughhhhh whatever and i can tell they are just **** off for some reason and then they say to the person on bar
"how long are my drinks going to take, and can you add a little this that, yad dee da"
and even though their is a rush out the door with me on the register and my shift on bar with 10 drinks ahead of them. its like omg,kill me now!
i mean the rush was okay before they came in, i REALLY don't mind if a lot of people come in but especially when partners come in and act like jackoffs its like dude wtf, have you been in a rush before???? you out of all people should **** understand!!!!!!! i swear they must have been from the support center or some ****, ugh sounding like big baby old ladies.

and yesterday this **** **** nurse wants to come in and give me hella attitude because i was about to ask her if she wanted whip but i stopped myself and then she repeated her drink hella loud again and i'm like dude i got it the first time, I'M SORRY I'M NOT A **** ROBOT AND I ACCIDENTLY LET THAT "DID YOU WANT WHIP" slip out of my mouth. **** YOU LADY! i swear, i wonder why nurses get a bad rap for being ****, it must be because of her. it was already a busy day and my other shift was sick and it was almost close and i was ready to get the **** out. i mean i only said it because this other nurse that comes in every morning and all happy even at 5 in the morning orders a similar drink.. you know and it's like
NO MATTER HOW **** NICE YOU ARE TO SOMEONE, THEY JUST KEEP ON GIVING MORE ATTITUDE LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS? CAN YOU GET THAT STICK PULLED OUT OF YOUR ****! I MEAN I DON'T ASK HOW YOUR DAY IS BECAUSE I'M SUPPOSE TO MAKE SMALL TALK ITS BECAUSE MAYBE I ACTUALLY CARE HOW YOUR DAY WENT AND I WANT TO MAKE IT MAYBE A TEESY BIT BETTER.
or this one **** came in and asked for lite ice on her drink, i asked her if the level of milk was okay and then she started bitching at me saying well I DONT KNOW THEY JUST MAKE IT and i was LIKE WELL I JUST WANTED TO MAKE IT HOW YOU WANT IT
**** YOU YOU **** RUDE **** CUSTOMERS, SOMETIMES I JUST WANT TO SAY WELL HEY **** MAYBE IF YOU DIDN'T ACT LIKE AN **** YOU WOULDN'T BE TREATED LIKE ONE.
gosh **** this company is turning me into a monster. i think i need a vacation or a break from this hell hole because i'm almost to my breaking point.....
i'm really not that type of person to snap back at others, but idk, maybe i should start.
i'm sorry if i don't make **** sense, it's 4 in the morning, i just got done with a paper and i can't go to sleep.
