So I recently got my review after working at this store I transferred to 8 months ago. For the first time ever, I didn't receive a raise cause my review was really low ( 1.16) Why is it so low? Apparently, my district manager came up with a review form for managers to follow their scores by. Pretty much in short, 50% of my review is based on my store reaching it's sales goals. Store I'm working at isn't reaching any sales goals, but how can that be allowed to affect 50% of MY review?! Not to mention I've only been there 8 months and since then there's been about 10 new hires...and have lost about 8 people. Is there someone I can talk to about this? Is my district manager allowed to do that? I also heard that pretty much no one in my store is getting a raise, and yet I'm supposed to somehow feel better about this. What can I do!
No raise after 3 years! What the whatttttttttttt...!!!!

I'm confused.
You haven't received a raise after three years of employment?
Like, this is the first instance where you didn't get a raise?Call PCC, maybe they can do something.

Are you a barista? Because that type of review appears to be geared toward a manager or asm. If I did not get a raise, I would say really you have a nice day cause I am so out of here!

I honestly still have no clue about this one other than that there is a standard, proprietary way to do reviews on all levels of Starbucks. Deviation from it is not particularily encouraged nor acceptable policy.
