I know this is about hating Sbux but I seriously need some help...
I'm only 18 and I've taken on the QASA lead role to help me get promoted to being a shift. I'm doing this because I'm tired of being the person at my store with the most seniority but getting walked all over because I'm the youngest. Our method now is having names posted and then just moving the tasks assigned over to the finished side. I hate qasa too, just like everyone else at my store. But anyone have any ideas on how to make it more important? Our CVS scores for cleanliness SUCK and our QASA scores haven't been too great the last few times. My old manager was terrible and didn't give a rat's **** about QASA anda new manager is coming in who loves it. Help meeeee.
