It's one thing if your drink is made wrong.
It's one thing if there's something really really wrong about your drink (ie. spoiled ingredients, bugs in drink, etc.)
But why is it that after you remake a customer's drink in store and apologize for the inconvenience, they call back 20 minutes later to b i t c h about it?
This has happened before in my store, but someone did this last night and he called my SS the C word over the phone for "not helping" while we were in a rush (she WAS helping, but he wasn't aware of what she was doing). Is it just me or is that going wayyyyy over the line for filing a complaint?
Anyway, what horror stories have you guys encountered with the phone fiends?
