Ok, a new day has dawned on IHateStarbucks.com.

| I am a starbucks employee, the only thing worse than the fact that my sole purpose in life is to make carmel frappuccuinnoooos ( whatever the hell that is) with extra carmel sauce and whip to fat rude women all day, but that all of my shift supervisors and superiors are so stuck up the "sirens" arse..like they are important or something, like it matters, like their job matters....they are nothing ! who cares if you run out of java chips??????? |

| I love this site. I cannot tell you how lovely I think it is. After reading most of it i have determined the creator to be one of the most brilliant people of the coffee drinking society. (at least i would assume you drink coffee, given that you've tried starbucks and hated it)
Thank you for giving a voice to the people. We stand against our common enemy, for a better coffee, a better world. |

| I work at a starbucks drive thru. the only thing I like about the job is I can practice my flirtation skills with the hot chicks that come in thru the drive thru in there manual transmission cars. cuz they obviously know how to work a stick. The company structure is totalitarian. All I know is people who are arrogant and rude get DECAF coffee. so the next time you order your espresso, with your add shots, make sure the barista likes you and dont give me any reason to press decaf on all of your shots. sometimes when people want extra extra caramel they say, I\'ll effing squirt half of the bottle just with hopes it clogs an artery you gross shit. |

| FYI about chicory...
you can't see the difference between chicory and roasted coffee bean when they're ground. but you do can see the difference before they're ground. so, when you see the whole bean in the grinder's hopper, then you'll know for sure whether it's pure coffee or a mix between coffee and chicory. so now you know when you come to one of SBUX stores (or any other coffee shops) whether they're using chicory or not.
peace.. |

| What on earth does Starbucks INSIST on correcting you when you order a breve. "Do you mean a breve LATTE?" they squeak back in their valley girl Stepford Barista voices.
No, dammit, I mean a BREVE. "Ma'am, breve means cream. Do you mean a breve LATTE?" Sigh, I know breve means cream. That's kind of my point. Latte means milk. I don't want milk. I want cream Good old artery clogging C R E A M! AKA, a BREVE. "Do you mean a breve LATTE?"
Come here, evil barista girl, turn around, and let me pull the string on your back, so I can hear it one more time...
For the record, my dear Starbucks policy writers, a breve is a breve, in any other coffee shop on the planet. Your continued efforts to humiliate and misguide your customers, quite frankly, drives me to drink... elsewhere. |

| I hate starbucks and their price descriminating ways.
Three starbucks on my way to school, 15 and 25 cent diffrences between them all. -.-;
I hate the way they have to put their locations in the way of traffic so yuppies come OMG!flying out across 3 lanes of traffic to turn left. ><
....I'll admit I like the one at school because I go in maybe twice a quater, they remember my name, my major, where I'm at in my classes and how I take my coffee.
But really, that's just nice people. They could work anywere. I'd clone them. |

| Thanks Shellie! I knew someone would come through with the syrup information. I was able to persuade the Albertsons employee to sell me one more bottle of Valencia syrup but now I don't have to panic when the syrup runs out. Gotta run....and enjoy my shaken tazo lemonade made at home. Keep up the free speech! :-) |

| starbucks are everywhere. at the local mall, there is a starbucks in the parking lot. well, that wasn't enough so they opened a larger one across the street. it was just what i needed, since i tend to finish my venti mocha while looking for a parking space. thank god they just opened one up in the mall, cuz if i'm not constantly chugging down a three course meal in calories, i'll probably start crapping brown and green again, instead of this mysterious white coffee smelling poop i've been having. three starbucks in one square-mile radius. genius. the thing that scares me is that eventually some idiot will turn starbucks into a religion, and then the world will explode. it will explode becuase starbucks is the devil. and thats how i stopped the evil lord brambar from destroying the galaxy. i love chickens........ a little too much. seriously, its sorta creepy. |

| I HATE STARBUCKS TOO!!!!!! I got fired from Starbucks twice! The first time was not my fault...supposely I hit the "void" button too much so they accused me of stealing. Four days later I got my job back, plus the manager and district manager were kissing my ass for apologies. The second time I got fired..which I also don't think was my fault was because..I knew my bosses job much better then she did. When I would speak up and give her ideas she would use them as her own..not to mention when I transfered to a new store in NC from WA...everyone treated me like shit! It was horrible. Yeah I barely got benefits..to bad I could never schedule a dentist appointment because my stupid boss gave me such crappy hours!! Well, I am in RN school now and everytime I pass a Starbucks I cringe!! But my sweet revenge will be when one day..I am my old bosses nurse!! Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh...lets not forget about greedy employees stealing from the tip jar!! |

| If you like confusing menu language coupled with lousy espresso then starbucks is the place to go. Personally I don't feel the need for the status symbol of the starbucks logo on my cup to get a good tasting cup of coffee or espresso drink. There are far too many independent coffee houses out there for people to keep pouring their money on a company that serves crappy coffee. |

| you know, i work for Starbucks. and I have to say I love your site! I read all these experiences that people have had in different places and they are hilarious! Way better than the customer comments they circulate through the company! I was prompted to write this after reading all the insane message you get from my fellow partners. Tell them to think of it this way. With how busy we already are, I would shoot myself if everyone in the world loved Starbucks! I would have a 14hr line out the door!
So tell 'em to freakin chill.
I love my job and I'm glad there's people who hate it. Hell, my boyfriend hates it! Makes our world interesting. |

| I agree. I hate Starbucks, too!! I have never had a cup of joe that was actually "good" from there. I've tried different locations, different cities, even different blends and it is all bitter. I have come to the conclusion that I have wasted alot of money on bad coffee and it's gonna stop. |

| Well, another enjoyable visit to the site.... I like how the people that serve the coffee at Starbucks seem to think they are cast members (a la Disneyland). I probably have a sardonic smile on my face when I do venture in a Starbucks because of the quasi-friendliness that is dispensed with the bitter coffee. Come to think of it, there are other parallels with Disney and Starbucks, hmmm? Well, rock on!

| I hate Starbucks almost as much as I hate Walmart. Both companies put good establishments out of business. Smaller independently owned and operated coffee shops can't survive when a giant Starbucks moves in across the street from their location. I am really not suprised that Starbucks is doing so well, take a look at America's taste in fast food, clothing, and even books. Bland unimaginative mass-produced products are all the rage at Wal Mart, Starbucks, and even Borders Books. There is a great local bookstore near my home that is slated to go out of business this year when a Borders Bookstore mega-plex goes up down the street. I absolutely hate the experience of going into a starbucks. It almost seems as if people are staring at you as soon as you walk in. When you get to the counter the menu is not in english, it is in some "secret" language. Isn't some of the appeal of a coffee shop knowing that you're getting a great cup of coffee and great service in a relaxing atmosphere? |

| YUPPIE CRACK, and nothing more. Growing up in a cracked out part of Detroit, I know what a fiend looks like. If you disagree, go into a Starf*cks early in the morning. Try to conversate with someone who hasn't ordered yet (if you can get them off of their phone). It's like talking to a crackhead at the corner store who begging for change so he/she can get high. Yuppie Crack!!!!!!! |

| yes, im sure it has bad customer service, and im sure the coffee tastes like shit, and im sure only stupid corporate sheep hang out at startbucks.....but i could care less. the reason no one should ever buy ANYTHING from $tarbuck$ is the human rights violations, thats right for every 3 buck "coffee" a farmer earns 3 cents, and the workers in the factories that proccess the coffe ,in places like ethiopia, will earn less than half a dollar a day. so eff starbucks and its corporate whores |

| I went into a starbucks tonight in houston. (westheimer and montrose area). There was this blonde female with glasses who was soo RUDE. I came into the store and she just stared at me rudely. Then when I approached the counter she refused to make eye contact with me. I greeted her with one big smile and one enthusiastic "HELLO" but she refused to look at me. Then she glared at me when I placed my order. I paid her, she just scowled at me and handed me the change WITHOUT SAYING ONE WORD. She then proceeded to make my drink. She handed me the drink and the cap fell off and the drink spilled on my hand and she just scowled at me. What kind of customer service is that? RUDE RUDE RUDE woman. |
